Here's what 911 pedals look like after 21 years of service. They sound just as bad as they look.

Every time I'd push the pedals down. "Squeak" To correct the problem I completely dissembled the cluster, cleaned all the rust and muck out, repainted the components and installed Weltmiester bronze pedal bushings.
